It was another successful start of the year for La Marquise International for proudly becoming a member of Emirates Culinary Guild this February.
The Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG) is the UAE’s association of professional chefs. It is a non-profit-making organization dedicated solely to the advancement of the culinary art of the UAE.
Since then La Marquise Team has successfully attended 4 consecutive monthly meetings, where we were able to present to Chefs healthy, gluten free and lactose free pasty and bakery line from Italy – Palais du Chef, while during the second meeting in March we have demonstrated high speed ovens from Manitowoc Group – Merrychef e2s. The April meeting was dedicated to showcasing Gelato Solutions for HORECA by introducing our brands like MEC3, Carpigiani , Irinox, BGItaly and IFI. And during the last meeting in May we have demonstrated our Cold Beverages Solutions with 1883 Maison Routin, One&Only, Almar, Nordaq Fresh water filtration systems, JTC Omniblend blenders, Manitowoc Ice machines and new automatic jigger – Cocktail Machines.
Following this success La Marquise International is looking forward to present more products and HORECA related food and beverage solutions to Emirates Culinary Guild Members.
