La Marquise International was happy to return to another edition of The Speciality Food Festival this November in Dubai World Trade Centre.
Now in its 8th year, the Speciality Food Festival has become the most trusted destination for fine food businesses. It runs along with Gulfood Manufacturing and Yummex ME which enables to reach out new and existing clients.
At the Festival La Marquise International presented our flagship brands of high performance fully automatic coffee machines WMF and premium traditional espresso machines La Cimbali where both were serving delicious Pellini coffees. Proudly representing Manitowoc Food Service Group, La Marquise were promoting equipment solutions for a cafe, highlighting the fastest oven in the world Merrychef e2s that cooks a salmon steak within 1 min 10 seconds or cooks pizza from frozen to the delicious crusty one within 2 minutes.
In addition during the show we have launched our new syrups from 1883 Maison Routin – one is “Saffron” that took away hearts of many Arabic visitors and another is “Sweet Pop Corn” that has blown away those ones with a sweet tooth.
However, one of the main show highlights was an announcement of our portfolio expansion by bringing on board top quality Italian tempering and melting chocolate machines – POMATI. POMATI have presented tempering machines from 5kg to 50kg capacity as well as One Shot Depositor line that can produce ready pralines from 35 kg to 140 kg per hour.
