Description
HOW TO HANDLE:
Handle the product using clean, dry utensils.
Close the package properly after use, removing any possible residue of the product
externally. Store away from heat sources and do not expose to direct sunlight.
DOSAGE FOR USE:
FOR GELATO: 1,250 Kg of product + 2,5L of water
FOR SORBETS: 1,250 Kg of product + 3,6L of water
OR for a much more complete sorbet:
1,250 Kg of product + 800g of whole milk + 2,350 L of water + 300g of lemon juice +
450g of dry white wine. Mix all together and pour into the SLUSH MACHINE.
INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS:
Sugar, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, vegetable fats (coconut), acidifier: citric acid,
maltodextin, tapioca starch, alpha-dextrin (vegetable fibre), thickeners: sodium
carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum and carrageenan, flavourings, powdered lemon
juice (0,2%), pea proteins, natural flavouring of lemon, antioxidant: alpha tocopherol.
May contain traces of soybeans, milk, egg, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachio nuts, peanuts and sesame seed.
