Description
Application method:
To be melted in a double sauce-pan or in a microwave oven. The temperature of the melted product should not exceed +45 °C (113 F). Or can be shredded for cake decoration using a shredder.
Compositions:
Sugar, Cocoa butter, Cocoa mass, Whole Milk Powder and Soya lecithin E 322.
Allergens:
– Soya (Soya Lecithin)
– Lactose (Cow Milk).
