When are returns not possible?

We can’t accept returns on certain items. These include items that have been opened and used, unless the customer requests an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving their order in which case they might be eligible for refund provided if there is no evidence of wear from usage evident when inspecting it at point-of date.

I have received damaged or incorrect products. What should I do?

After placing your order, you can track the progress of it under “My Account” on our dashboard. Furthermore, you may also track your shipping with a provided code, through Skynet website once your order is out for delivery.

 What is an estimate delivery timing?

The delivery timing can range from 2-3 business working days depending upon the cut off time and the locality.
