Semi-finished powder product for use in the preparation of confectionery desserts. Ideal both for creating desserts served at positive temperatures + 2, + 4°C (cakes and mousse etc), and for creating semifreddi preserved and served at – 18°C, portionable immediately when extracted from the freezer.
Base without emulsifiers, without vegetable fats and without flavourings.

HOW TO HANDLE
Handle the product using clean, dry utensils. Close the packaging after use removing any
possible residue of the product externally. Store away from heat sources and do not expose
to direct sunlight.
DOSAGE
200 g product + 1 L cream.
Whisk in the kitchen machine.
If dried fruit pastes are used or however pastes without sugar, it is advisable to apply a
correction of sugars in the measure of 20/30 g of honey or invert sugar per 1 Kg of Cream.

Date sugar, cane sugar, fructose , maltodextrin, modified starch, milk proteins, vegetable fibres, baobab fruit pulp powder.
May contain soybeans, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts and pistachio nuts .
